Positive Psychology was pretty much founded on the idea that if we wanna be happy, we should find a way to use our strengths as often as possible.

And if we wanna be fulfilled, we should find a way to use our strengths in service of OTHERS!

BUT… how do you identify your strengths and superpowers?

Here’s the challenge…

You can’t see your superpowers the same way a fish can’t see water. You’re living in them.

Your genius is so normal to you that you can easily overlook it, discount it, and assume everyone can do this kinda thing.

But they can’t.

With some curiosity, patience, and investigation, you can learn to notice your superpowers. Here’s a place to start investigating:

  • When you’re in a group of people, what types of things are obvious to you that others don’t see, can’t figure out, or struggle with?
  • What’s the thing you see in a situation that other people totally miss?
  • What types of situations do people come to you for help, expertise, or resolutions with?

This is your invitation to live into these inquiries!

Keep in mind: Getting clarity on your superpowers has an energy of remembering as opposed to an energy of discovering.

You already know them. They’re already there.

Much love yo,
