What’s the difference between power and force?

Most of us don’t realize it.

So we frustrate ourselves… forcing things.

But force is exhausting… It’s depleting… And incongruent.

A square peg in a round hole.

An insult to our 6th sense: Intuition.

Power is simple… Strong… Present.

It’s love, compassion, curiosity, and kindness.

Power enters the room and effortlessly attracts attention.

It doesn’t need to try. It just is – and does.

Here’s the wake-up call: People get forceful when they have no power.

So where in your life are you trying to force something that’s causing friction, exhaustion, or frustration?

In a relationship? …a career? …an obligation?

Reclaiming your power is simple:

Slow down and speak from your heart.

Your real heart. Your vulnerable heart. Your heart who’s voice has been muffled by fear.

Then you’ll feel the power of not needing to force things.

With love,
Jacob
