You would start as our “Client Soul Specialist” and go as far as you’d like.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to get shit done — you lean toward action over perfection.
- Isn’t afraid to use speak up — if you think we can improve, tell us!
- Is good with technology (MailChimp / Google Docs / WordPress) and finding/using new tools.
- Enjoys creating “systems” (so we can get things done effectively and quickly).
- Will treat Sensophy like it’s your baby… giving it your heart.
- Can send quality emails and get to the heart of what needs to be addressed.
- Is flexible and able to go with the flow.
- Can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has very high levels of honesty and integrity. This is a no-brainer. You’ll have a ton of freedom.
- Hits deadlines like a champ.
- Is authentic, warm-hearted, fun, ambitious, passionate about serving, and ready for the ride of their life!
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Making people feel awesome and WOWing them with soulful service.
- Responding to all support emails *daily*. Bonus points for infusing your personality into them. 🙂
- Being in charge of managing Sensophy’s new programs as we create them.
- Creating newsletters in MailChimp and blog posts in WordPress.
- Editing weekly MP3s and publishing Podcasts in iTunes.
- Researching and managing people that we will outsource work to in order to optimize our business.
- Creating tutorials for new processes.

Pay will be discussed if/when you pass the first few challenges. We’re not looking for someone full-time yet; this is a contractor position. But if you’re focused on long-term success, the possibilities for what we can create together are endless.
Do not bother applying if:
- You don’t really know what Sensophy is and what we do. We are looking for someone who’s obsessed with the mission of Sensophy.
- You don’t feel confident being straightforward and telling me how you think we can improve. We’re a team!
- You’re not *great* at getting shit done and being punctual.
- You’re not a problem solver. Don’t come to us with problems… instead, come to us with a problem and then the potential solutions for that problem. Then we can brainstorm and pick one of the solutions. We don’t expect you to know solutions to problems, we expect you to use Google to find solutions on your own. We want an action-taker. No babysitting.
- You’re unable to work every day of the week (and occasionally for an hour or two on the weekend).
Lastly, a warning in advance:
We only hire ambitious souls who are ready to take on Sensophy’s mission as their own. While you won’t be working 40 hours a week, this isn’t some “part-time gig” or “side hustle.” This is only for people who are ready to make this mission their life’s work.
